When
8am - Noon 1pm - 5pm Players staying over the Noon lunch hour will receive juice and pizza.
Fee
$25 (Scholarships are available based on need)
Activities
2 sessions. Topics may be repeated but materials will not be. Attend morning, afternoon or both.
We will practice numerous tactical strategems - Double Attack, Forks, Pins, Removing Protection, Discovered Attacks, Mating Motifs, clearance, deflection, Trebuchet, Zugszwang, zwischenzug and many more. This class is appropriate for Beginner through Intermediate players (Under 1800). If you have attended one of our previous workshops you know what to expect - Lively interactive training with plenty of exercises to keep your mind active. You will be challenged!
Who Should Attend
It is a must for all USCF Players and players in the 3rd grade or above. Younger players who want to improve their play will also get a benefit & experience from the workshop.
